About General Knowledge Test 02
General Knowledge Test 02 is the second timed practice set in our General Knowledge series for Pak Army, Navy and Pak Air Force initial tests. It has 25 multiple-choice questions to finish in 10 minutes, and every question comes from a topic that is repeated again and again in armed forces papers: Pakistan, world geography, capitals, international organisations, the solar system and general science.
Every question has four options. When you finish, the test shows your score, the correct answers and a short explanation for each mistake. If you have not tried the first set yet, start with General Knowledge Test 01 and then come back to this one.
Topics inside this test
The paper mixes Pakistan studies, world geography and science facts so that no single area carries you through. Expect questions on:
- Pakistan: the first Governor-General, the first Prime Minister, the Thar Desert and the Arabian Sea
- Continents, oceans and the capitals of Saudi Arabia and China
- Famous nicknames and landmarks, such as the Land of the Rising Sun and the pyramids of Giza
- International organisations: the United Nations and the OIC
- The solar system, the Moon landing and the Red Planet
- Science and nature facts, such as the seismograph, the blue whale and the Mohs scale
Quick revision notes from this test

How to get the most from this test
Attempt the test once without looking anything up. Your first score shows where you really stand. Then read the explanation for every wrong answer and write the fact in a notebook in your own words. General knowledge questions in armed forces tests are mostly short and factual, so a neat list of capitals, firsts and organisations is the fastest way to improve.
Try the test again after two or three days. If the same questions keep going wrong, spend extra time on that topic before moving on.
