Personality Test for Pak Army, Navy and PAF: 50 Questions with Instant Result

By admin / October 18, 2026

Selection for the Pak Army, Pak Navy and Pak Air Force is not only about written MCQs. Candidates are also observed for responsibility, teamwork, calm behaviour and the way they take decisions. This free personality test for Pak Army, Navy and PAF aspirants has 50 questions in Urdu, five answer options for every question and an 18-minute timer. At the end you get a report that explains your answers across five personality areas. There is no pass or fail.

About this personality test

  • 50 Urdu questions, each with five options from “Not at all” to “Very much”.
  • An 18-minute timer. Use Previous and Next to move between questions.
  • No pass or fail, only a personal report.
  • A score out of 50 for each of five personality areas.
  • Your strongest areas, the area to work on, and practical tips.
  • Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent to us.

How your result is calculated

Every answer carries 1 to 5 points, from “Not at all” (1) to “Very much” (5). Three questions (7, 13 and 27) are worded negatively, so their points are reversed. Each personality area is made of 10 questions, so every area gets a score between 10 and 50:

  • 38 to 50: strong area
  • 25 to 37: moderate area
  • 10 to 24: room for improvement

Your report shows the strongest area, the second strongest, and the area that needs the most attention. It also lists the questions where your answer scored low, so you can think about them again.

The timer is set to 18 minutes. When it ends, the test finishes by itself and any question you did not answer is counted as a neutral answer (3 points).

The five personality areas in this test

  • Leadership and Initiative: taking the first step, accepting new responsibility, speaking with confidence and finding another way when something is blocked.
  • Discipline and Responsibility: being on time, keeping promises, planning your day and owning your mistakes.
  • Teamwork and Cooperation: listening, respecting other opinions, helping others and competing fairly.
  • Confidence and Resilience: staying calm under pressure, controlling anger and trying again after a failure.
  • Analytical Thinking and Decision Making: thinking before acting, weighing options, asking for advice and changing your view when new facts appear.

How to answer honestly

Answer the way you really behave, not the way you think an assessor wants to hear. A test is only useful when the answers are true. If you pick the highest option for every question, the result tells you nothing, and the page will remind you of this.

Do not spend long on any question. Your first honest reaction is usually the best answer. You can go back to the previous question at any time.

How to improve each area

  • Leadership: take one small responsibility on your own every week and practise speaking clearly in a group.
  • Discipline: write your three most important tasks every morning and check them in the evening.
  • Teamwork: listen to the whole point before you reply, and keep your tone calm when you disagree.
  • Resilience: pause and breathe under pressure, and write down what a failure taught you.
  • Decision making: compare two or three options in writing before you decide something important.

After a few weeks of working on your weaker area, take the test again and compare the scores.
